How do I contact the NMCI help desk? ›

NNSY's IT service desk can be reached at NNSYITServiceDesk@navy.mil and the NMCI's Help Desk can be reached at 1-866-THE-NMCI (1-866-843-6624) or by e-mail at ServiceDesk_Navy@nmci-isf.com.

To access your official navy email, go to https://www.homeport.navy.mil/links/owa-navy-links/, and then select the NADSUSEA domain (https://webmail.east.nmci.navy.mil).

E-mail requests: nav_helpdesk.fct@navy.mil. NAVAIR unclassified website: https://nhdsm.navair.navy.mil. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Contact the NMCI Helpdesk at 866-843-6624 or servicedesk_navy@nmci-isf.com to confirm that your account is disabled and not deleted. Once confirming, provide your NMCI account (legacy email ending in @navy.mil) and your DODID to the N14 ISSO at CNRFC_N14_ISSO@US.NAVY.MIL and request an NMCI unlock.

Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)

If your email provider offers web-based email (like Gmail or Outlook.com), you can access your email by logging in to the provider's website. If you're using a phone or tablet, you can usually download your email provider's app from the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Play Store (Android).

Request them for the DD-214 form. Another way to find out if a person is indeed a military service personnel or not is to request for a copy of their DD-214. The DD-214 or DD Form 214 is a Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty.

Current or a history of anxiety disorders, including panic disorder, agoraphobia, social phobia, simple phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, acute reactions to stress, and posttraumatic disorder are disqualifying conditions.

It is the actual domain for US Navy email accounts. However, hyperlinks for “mail to:” replies, often seen online, can easily be constructed to redirect messages to another account. Verify the authenticity of the address you've been given by composing an email from scratch.
